  We had been having trouble with the motor on our emergency generator even as it was installed by you, Recently, it quit again, and a technician by the name of Chase came out and examined it. I was extremely impressed by this young man. He knows motors backwards and forwards. He found the problem which must have existed from the time the motor was installed. Someone had overfilled the oil probably at the Kohler factory. That had caused all sorts of ancillary problems. Chase located the problems quickly. He explained them so that I would understand them. He fixed them. Great service!

  We had no heat and found a breaker was blown. Chris from Mister Sparky came out and looked at situation - we need entire new breaker box as ours is ancient. Then he turned off power and that box is bad as well - so we need major repairs. He was able to work with us on getting what we need and payment arrangements which is awesome! Can't wait to get the job completed and not worry about our house and electrical problems - should have done years ago but at least this was a warning and we can fix the issue with new equipment!
