  After months of searching, I finally found the custom square table I had been lookin for! The square Shiloh table is the perfect modern farmhouse table. HOWEVER, one must not the number of open knots in the table. The site has a disclaimer that each "each table features unique wood grain, open knots..." but I was not prepared for the amount of open knots on my table. My table has about 25 open knots, some of which are about 2 inches wide, and very deep. Looking through the customer gallery with the barn wood finish filter, (and now that I know what open knots look like), you can see a couple of the tables with that stain have 'open knots'. However, before seeing these knots in person, I just thought these were natural dark spots on the wood, not gaping holes. Many of the tables in the customer gallery don't appear to have a single open knot. Mine has about 25, which is disappointing. I give 4 stars because the ability to customize your table is wonderful. The stain is beautiful, the finish is perfect, and the size is exactly what I needed. It's a great piece with character. Molly in customer service has been a true pleasure to work with regarding design and customization. Delivery was quick and showed up over an hour early! Andrew and Will were so nice, helpful, informative, and even gave my dog a treat!
