  Horrible experience with this business. After the initial proposal and paying the deposit, which was half of the total quote, they increased the price on the original quote by almost 40% saying they did not account for tear out and removal as well as forgetting to include to quote for the backsplash. I spoke with the owner and we settled on a revised quote and from there it continued to go downhill. After 3 revised proposals, two re-measures, incorrectly sized backsplash, a job that took twice as long as what was quoted and me having to call multiple times to get the job finished, they send me an invoice over a year later for the remaining balance and threaten to send me to collections. Today is the first time I have even heard from them since the job was completed in 2016. I would definitely NOT recommend working with this company.
